Closed Mold Process
We work with three closed mold processes: Light RTM, Vacuum Infusion, and Reusable Bag Molding. Each have their own benefits, but collectively, closed mold processes offer many advantages over open molding.

These benefits include:

  • Reduced waste and emissions for a cleaner, healthier environment
  • Lower material and disposal costs
  • A more consistent, repeatable process
  • Reduced cycle times, which leads to higher productivity and lower labor costs
