At TPI Composites (Warren, R.I.), Kevin Woodward has joined the firm as the holding company CFO, Chris Lambert will be business unit manager for the company’s wind blade business. Coburn Pharr is the new group operations director, for wind blade plants in Taicang, China, and Newton, Iowa (see “Related Content,” at left). Randall Stout is now director of materials and has global sourcing responsibility.
