Biz Brief: Aptimise acquires PCC

Aptimise Composites LLC (Ft. Wayne, Ind.) announced on Feb. 29 that it has acquired Plastic Composites Co. (PCC, Ft. Wayne, Ind.). A molder of aerial tower and utility truck lift truck buckets, PCC manufactures the composite buckets using glass fiber reinforcements. In addition to the truck buckets, PCC produces custom-molded industrial components, such as recreational vehicle components and products for the door and window markets. The company will continue to operate under the Plastic Composites name.
